Returns

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packed in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer replacements only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
